~Delivery and Shipping Policy~
1. Shipping:
Archita Essentials is committed to deliver the products ordered to us within the shortest time possible and in good condition. We ship our products through our shipping aggregator ShipRocket. ShipRocket provides us multiple shipping partners for your location and that helps us to choose and pick the best delivery partner available for your location.
After an order is placed, you will receive a Whataspp message or an email with your order details. When the order is shipped, you will get another Whatsapp with shipping information. Please be advised that AWB (automated working balance) tracking codes might take some time to update from the shiprocket, even though the order has already been collected.
2. Delivery:
We coordinate all shipments through Shiprocket.
For orders in India, we dispatch within 2 working days. The delivery timeframes may vary in the range of 5 – 7 working days over India. For any other places, shipments through local delivery agents may vary in the range of 7 – 10 days depending on the schedule that local delivery agents operate at the later dates. Please consider that business days do not include Sundays and national holidays.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information:
While ordering from Archita Essentials, it is very important to provide accurate and complete shipping information. No changes can be made to the shipping address, once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery. You can change address within 24 hours after placing an order.
In the incorrect delivery address case, the agent brings the package back to us. If this happens, then you have order the product again with the accurate and complete address.
Though the customers do not appreciate this, there will be no claims from Archita Essentials in cases of delays or losses or any claims caused due to wrong information being submitted by the customer.
