Then, choose your preferred payment method. You can either opt for Online Payment via Razorpay, which includes options like Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets, or select the Cash on Delivery (COD) option to pay in cash when your order is delivered.
If you choose online payment, you’ll be directed to Razorpay’s secure payment gateway, where you can complete the transaction by entering your payment details. Upon successful payment, you’ll see an order confirmation message on the screen. If you opt for COD, simply confirm your order, and you’re all set.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS with your order details, payment information, and expected delivery date. For example, if your order total is Rs. 150, a shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be added, making the final payable amount Rs. 200. If your total is Rs. 249, shipping will be free, and you’ll only pay Rs. 249.

ShipRocket provides us multiple shipping partners for your location and that helps us to choose and pick the best delivery partner available for your location.
After an order is placed, you will receive a Whataspp message or an email with your order details. When the order is shipped, you will get another Whatsapp with shipping information. Please be advised that AWB (automated working balance) tracking codes might take some time to update from the shiprocket, even though the order has already been collected.
2. Delivery:
We coordinate all shipments through Shiprocket.
For orders in India, we dispatch within 2 working days. The delivery timeframes may vary in the range of 5 – 7 working days over India. For any other places, shipments through local delivery agents may vary in the range of 7 – 10 days depending on the schedule that local delivery agents operate at the later dates. Please consider that business days do not include Sundays and national holidays.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information:
While ordering from Archita Essentials, it is very important to provide accurate and complete shipping information. No changes can be made to the shipping address, once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery. You can change address within 24 hours after placing an order.
In the incorrect delivery address case, the agent brings the package back to us. If this happens, then you have order the product again with the accurate and complete address.
Though the customers do not appreciate this, there will be no claims from Archita Essentials in cases of delays or losses or any claims caused due to wrong information being submitted by the customer.
